Returns
Our retrun policy lasts 30 days from day of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since receiving the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return simply email us your intention to return, and why, within the 30 specified days. Then ship us your returned item at your cost. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in so please consider that when shipping back to us.
To complete your return, we require a printed copy of the email order we sent you at purchase. Please include that when shipping back so we can cross reference the order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item returned not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item return initiated more than 15 days after you received it will be denied.
If by any chance you choose the wrong size we can fix that. We will send you the same item in your new size, assuming it is available, in exchange for the return of what you already ordered and we will pay to ship you the newly sized item! The limit for this free size exchange is 1 per type of item purchased. We will not exchange multiples of items. Please note all other normal return conditions apply.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
